Before the conference, please fill out and submit your speaker profile (see template) and the online IAMM COI disclosure questionnaire, which will be available in mid-February 2023 or earlier. If you have any questions about the COI form, please contact XX@IAMM.org.
When preparing your presentation, please refer to the conference objectives and title, comply with the time allocation designated by the conference chair/organizer, and reserve time within the allocated time for general discussion with the audience after your presentation (with the exception of video conferences). Prepare and upload your abstract (by March 2023). To ensure consistent formatting for visual effects, please refer to the conference template provided on the IAMM website (to be available in March 2023). Before uploading your presentation, please fill out the online speaker agreement and disclosure form. The speaker agreement form is only applicable to speakers for scientific workshops and instructional courses.
Photography during the presentation is prohibited. Participants are not allowed to use flash photography or otherwise distract presenters or audience members. However, photos may be taken during the conference or poster exhibition, provided that they are for personal, non-commercial use only and are not published in any form.
Speakers who do not wish their content to be posted on social media or shared on other websites may make an announcement to attendees at the beginning of their presentation. Speakers may also include a request to this effect in their presentation materials.
